Meet Our Staff

I started COGA back in March of 1998. A gymnasts for my whole life, it is my privilege to offer a fun and positive gymnastics programs for the next generation of gymnasts.
I pride myself on having a clean facility, well organized lesson plans in our classes with low student to teacher ratios, and of course, an awesome staff. As a mom, I know how important it is to have a fun, safe, encouraging environment for your child. Come see why we know we offer the best in gymnastics for you and your family!


Aliza has been with COGA since she was just a baby, since she was born here. Being the owners daughter she did gymnastics as a child and was part of our competitive team program. Now older, she enjoys teaching the classes and helping young students meet their goals and potential.

     Katie spent over 12 years teaching at Seattle Gymnastics Academy. We are so lucky to have her experience and enthusiam here at COGA. She also  works as a message therapist.

Alyssa has been with COGA since 2016 after competing in gymnastics up to level 8. She brings her many years of gymnastics experience and encouraging coaching style.

Lily has been with COGA since 2016. Moving from the Portland area where she did gymnastics as a level 8. She currently trains for Olympic weight lifting while bring her fun attitude and amazing smile to all her students.

Makayla began gymnastics as a child at COGA and later competed on our Optional Gymnastics Team. Makayla joined our COGA staff in 2015. We enjoy having her sweet and positive teaching methods she bring to our programs.

Caty came to COGA from the Portland area where she taught dance for many years. She brings her sparkling personality and positive attitude to all her classes.

Ariel, originally from New York City, came to Bend to attend Oregon State University and enjoy the lovely Bend scenery. She is currently a senior and enjoys being a personal trainer along with her job here at COGA.

Annabelle started gymnastics at COGA as a young child and worked her way all the way to team with her twin sister. She competed on our team for many years before decided to come on staff at COGA. She bring her knowledge and fun attitude to all her classes.

Kaylin has been with COGA since 2014. As a child she was a competitive gymnast, ice skater, and swimmer and water polo player. She brings her competitve experince and fun personality to all her classes.
